Chloë here, first i want to apologize for not posting in a few days, trough some circumstances both me and Damon couldn't find time to write a post, but here i am now writing a post for you guys. I'm gonna tell you about my Disney Experience! and i am doing it in two parts because this post would be way to long other wise, tomorrow you will find the second part.
I've been to Disneyland Paris three times now, once when i was little where i can't really remember a lot about since it was in 2003 and i was 4 years old i know i went in the summertime , that it was really hot and that we stayed in sequoia lodge for 3 days but that's all i can remember. On this trip i went with my mom, my little niece and one of my little sisters (the other one wasn't born yet)
The second time was in 2010 which i can remember some things about, when we went it was around Halloween time and that was so awesome i loved it me and Damon are planning (not sure yet) to go around Halloween this year and i'm so excited. I also remember that me and my two sisters took a lot of pictures with characters, unfortunately i don't have those pictures and i couldn't find them anywhere, which is really sad. I still can remember i went into the thunder mountain twice with some fast passes and that i had a little stitch head painted on my cheek, also i remember going into the phantom manor which i thought was scary at first but when i got out i wanted to go again, same with pirates of the Caribbean and those are two of my favorite rides to go on now. When i went in 2010 i didn't really have a lot of money for myself but i still brought several items, like 2 pins a stitch and an Eeyore one, an Eeyore mug and bowl, Eeyore key-chain(see how much i love Eeyore) and some stitch slippers. I also can remember where i went for dinner on the three days i was there, the first day we went to McDonald's, the second day we went to this place in frontier-land called the lucky nugget saloon which i remember was delicious and the third night we went to this amazing restaurant in main street called plaza gardens, when i go again i'm definitely eating there! I Stayed in the Sequoia lodge hotel which i think is a beautiful hotel and i remember when we went for breakfast there was so much stuff to choose from, like 6 different cereals and a ton of different breads. I also loved the Halloween decorations they had at the time, they had a ton of different Pumpkin head characters and i really liked it, since that trip i became a big fan of the nightmare before Christmas with ofcourse the pumpkin king himself Jack Skellington. I also remember the cinemagique show which was awesome and greatly made. On these trip i went with my mom and two little sisters.
This was my Disneyland paris experience part 1 and i hope to go a lot more times because i enjoy it so much! It might be expensive but "all magic comes at a price dearie" i hope you enjoyed reading this and read part 2 tomorrow!
Lots of Love,
Happy 25th birthday to the happiest place on earth!
As you may know Disneyland Paris exists 25 year this year and they are doing a lot of new things in the parks to celebrate that and i thought it would be nice to have all those things in one place.
the 25th anniversary starts on the 26th of march and there will be a lot of new things.
there will be a new parade with new floats which includes a fire breathing dragon. Also there will be a whole new Disney illuminations firework show where Mickey will be the main character instead of Peter pan. If you didn't know this yet Space mountain will get a Star Wars twist and will open in the spring of 2017 and Star tours is also opened again and has a whole new look to it! Disneyland wouldn't be Disneyland if they didn't have a whole new show for the 25th anniversary the new show is called "the starlit Princess waltz" featuring Belle, Cinderella, Aurora and Snow White. Disneyland Paris has completely changed to celebrate their 25th birthday i think it's really awesome that they even have 25th themed food and awesome merchandise!
Unfortunately there are still a few things up for refurbishment from now till september 2017 down below you will find which ones.
Discoveryland station (until march 2017)
Studio tram tour behind the magic (until april 2017)
